Human-in-the-loop-assistant
This application is designed to leverage assistant-based services to resolve user queries, trigger actions, perform content moderation, risk analysis and more, whilst enabling a Human to review the AI responses before being delivered to the end-user. The Human-in-the-loop receives additional insights such as sentiment analysis, summary, translation, moderation results etc. as well as a list of potential actions to be triggered such as reserve flights, cancel accounts or close support tickets. Finally, the Human-in-the-loop can send the AI generated answer, adjust it or request a new answer by including new instructions or factors to be considered.
